29 Army Dog Unit pays tributes to Indian Army Dog ‘Zoom’ in Jammu. He passed away on Oct 13th at 54 AFVH (Advance Field Veterinary Hospital) in Srinagar where he was under treatment after sustaining two gunshot injuries in Op Tangpawa, Anantnag, J&K on 9th Oct.
Sadly, Zoom’s courageous tale came to an end on Thursday. Zoom was an army canine that bravely battled terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir despite suffering two bullet wounds. The Belgian shepherd, age 2, passed away following surgery to treat his injuries.
Two terrorists were killed as a consequence of Zoom’s unwavering commitment to carrying out his mission despite severe injuries, and he has received a lot of appreciation on social media for it.
