Igor Morozov, a representative of Russia’s Federation Council or senate’s defence committee, claims that Pakistan and Ukraine have spoken about nuclear weapons technology.
At a recent news conference titled “Nuclear Provocations in Ukraine: Who Needs It?,” hosted by Russia Today, the country’s most influential media source, Morozov said that “Ukrainian experts travelled to Pakistan and met with a Pakistan group to discuss nuclear weapons technologies.”In the past, Pakistan has been charged with helping North Korea develop nuclear bombs rather than missile technology. Additionally, it has been charged of helping Libya’s nuclear development in the past.
It is well known that Kiev has been a significant supplier of weapons to Pakistan. Previously, Pakistan Ordnance Factory claimed that it produced small arms ammunition for Ukrainian military issue firearms.

Approximately 320 Ukrainian T-80UD tanks from Pakistan are also in service, and each one has its own ecology for upkeep, use, ammunition, and replacement parts.
A businessman of Pakistani descent named Mohammad Zahoor apparently bought two fighter jets a few months ago to support Kyiv’s conflict with Russia.
An agreement to improve military connections between Pakistan and Ukraine was made last year, particularly in the fields of defence production, training, counterterrorism operations, and intelligence. Ukraine agreed to provide Pakistan armaments for roughly USD 1.6 billion between 1991 and 2020. Unexpectedly, Ukraine was among the nations who condemned India’s nuclear tests in 1998 and criticised India’s actions in the UN Security Council in the wake of the tests.
Morozov added that it is well known that Ukraine has the means to create a “dirty bomb.”
The potential of a “dirty bomb” being used as a provocation by Ukraine is real, he continued. The Russian defence ministry is aware of Kyiv’s plans to launch a “dirty bomb” and attribute it to Moscow, according to Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, head of the Russian Armed Forces’ Radiation, Chemical, and Biological Defence Forces.
