Asked by reporters whether or not he thinks Russia is making ready a unclean bomb attack that it would then blame on Ukraine, Biden stated: “Russia would be making an incredibly serious mistake were it to use a tactical nuclear weapon.”
Russia stated this week that Ukraine might use a so-called soiled bomb by itself territory.
A unclean bomb is a traditional bomb laced with radioactive, organic or chemical supplies which get disseminated in an explosion.
The US and its allies suspect Russia may itself use a unclean bomb in a “false flag” attack, presumably to justify use of typical nuclear weapons by Moscow because it finds itself on the again foot in jap and southern Ukraine.
Biden stated Tuesday, “I’m not guaranteeing that it’s a false flag operation yet. We don’t know.”
