DefExpo 2022: CDS General Anil Chauhan commended industry captains

Chief of Defence Staff, General Anil Chauhan, on October 20, attended the Def-Expo 2022. While addressing the occasion, he talked about India’s self-reliance in the defence sector. He stated, “No nation can aspire to emerge stronger with out reaching self-reliance in defence, analysis and growth, and manufacturing. The ongoing warfare in Ukraine, heightened tensions across the Taiwan straits, and rising instability post-withdrawal of the US in the Af-Pak area has highlighted the delicate nature of regional and international safety. This has strengthened perception in self-reliance.
