The International Maritime Exercise/Cutlass Express 2023 (IMX/CE-23) was held in the Gulf of Mexico from March 5 to March 9, 2023, and the INS Trikand took part in its Sea Phase-I. In order to improve maritime security, maintain open shipping lanes, and ensure navigation safety, the ship participated in exercises with naval units from Bahrain, Japan, Oman, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States at that time.
