According to PM Modi, all countries place a strong emphasis on advancing traditional medicine, developing regional centres for healthcare, and enhancing the mobility of medical personnel in the industry.
He emphasised that, particularly in distant locations, sharing best practises in the use of technology for distance education and in vocational training can be beneficial for all nations.“In the field of health, we share an emphasis on promoting traditional medicine, developing regional hubs for healthcare, and improving the mobility of health professionals. We are also conscious of the potential of quickly deploying digital health solutions,” PM Modi said.
PM Narendra Modi emphasised how quickly financial inclusion in the banking sector can be increased in developing countries by deploying digital public goods.
In his speech, Prime Minister Modi emphasised the need for countries to come to consensus on the necessity of developing connectivity infrastructure and diversifying international supply chains.“We all agree on the importance of investing in connectivity infrastructure. We also need to diversify global supply chains and find ways to link developing countries to these value chains. The developed world has not complied with its duties regarding climate finance and technology, according to developing nations, according to PM Modi.”
“We also agree that aside from regulating emissions in manufacturing, it is equally necessary to shift away from ‘use and dump’ consumption, towards more environmentally friendly sustainable lifestyles,” Prime Minister Modi said in his speech at the Voice of Global South Summit.
Prime Minister Modi emphasised the significance of ideas in India’s G20 presidency, saying, “All these concepts, shared by the wider Global South, will bring inspiration to India as it attempts to define the agenda of the G20, as well as in our own development partnerships with all of your nations.”
