In December 1997, Group Captain Kapil Sharma received his appointment in the Indian Air Force’s Logistics division. He has taken courses in strategic management and acquisition management for the military. Additionally, he has taken the College of Defence Management’s Higher Defence Management Course at Secunderabad. He has received praise for his exceptional service from the Chief of Air Staff and Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief.
