On November 21, 2023, the 2nd India-UK Electric Propulsion Capability Partnership Joint Working Group meeting was held in New Delhi. Co-chairing the meeting were Rear Admiral Steve McCarthy, Director of Ships Operations and Capability Integration, Defense Equipment & Support, and Joint Secretary (Naval Systems), Department of Defence Production, Shri Rajeev Prakash.

Both parties reviewed Electric Propulsion Partnership concerns during the meeting, including the completion of the Statement of Technical Requirements (SOTR), Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) processes, maintenance, the Manning Philosophy, and the demand for System Integration.
